Merry Christmas Everyone As another year comes to a close, we would like to thank you all for a fabulous year of pilates. We have had some wonderful moments in the studio, lots of laughter, progress and challenges. But most importantly, spending time in our little community, building healthy bodies. I hope you have all enjoyed it as much as we have. It’s been a massive year for our instructors, completing new and additional training to keep things fresh and motivating. And we have more planned for 2026. So from Lindy, Steph, Nicole, Ruby (imagine her in the pic!) and myself we wish you a wonderful holiday season and look forward to seeing you in the new year!
